Tuesday badminton training

Last Tuesday, I had an extended badminton practice session from 8 to 10: 30 PM, and it turned out to be an exhilarating experience. The court was buzzing with energy as my friends and I gathered, plus the excitement of other courts began earlier, racquets in hand, ready to hit the court. We started with some warm-up exercises, which helped get our muscles ready for the intense practices ahead.
Once we began playing, the competitive spirit kicked in. We practiced with different exercises ( smashes, net shots,…), switching partners and trying out different strategies to outsmart each other. The sound of the shuttlecock flying around and our racquets hitting it was so energizing. I was totally in the zone, working on my footwork and trying to nail my shots.
But man, by the end of the two hours, I was wiped out! My legs were sore from all the running around, and I was gasping for air after some intense rallies. Still, the laughs and good vibes with friends made it all worth it. Overall, I left feeling completely exhausted but also super happy.
